1. EXPECT FAST AND OVERNIGHT RESULTS
Rome wasn’t built in a day.
People tend to see results as soon as possible and they dont have the patience and perseverance for them.
Great stuff and great successes do not happen overnight, and the power is in you as you are willing to be patient and persistent in doing so.
Be patient, persistent, determined, believe in what you’re doing and wait for the miracles.
2. STOP BELEVING IN THEMSELVES
If you dont believe in yourself, no one will believe. If you believe in yourself, I also believe in YOU.
Concentrate on what you can, not what you can`t.
3. GET STUCK IN THE PAST
You can easily get stuck in an emotion by dwelling on the past or not paying attention to the present or worrying about the future.
Accept your past and be thankful for it because you have learned something and you are stronger than before.
Focus on the moment, live in a moment, make peace with past, and leave past behind you.
4. DWELL ON MISTAKES
Founder of IKEA said: ”Only those who are asleep make no mistakes”. Everybody makes mistakes.
We fear mistakes because it seems to us that failure is a death sentence – a single failure creates insurmountable limits, in our mind.
If you make a mistake, dont sabotage yourself and tell yourself that you are stupid, incompetent human being, because you are not.
Admit mistakes, learn from mistakes and move on.
5. FEAR THE FUTURE
I bet you are asking yourself this: Oh, what will my future look like? Will my dreams come true? Will I reach my goals?
You may ask: Why do I fear the future? I cant influence the future. I`ve got two answers for you.
First – To a large degree you CAN. Second – You have a fear of failure.
Failure is not all bad. You can learn a lot more from failure than they’ll ever learn from a success.
Plan your future, visualize your success and then put your back into it to achieve that.
6. RESIST CHANGE
”Life begins at the end of comfort zone.” – Neale Donald Walsch
We are creatures of habit. Routines become automatic, but change jolts us into consciousness, sometimes in uncomfortable ways.
We all have our comfort zone when we feel: recognized, appreciated, comfortable and we are happy about it.
Sometimes you need to go one step forward and escape that comfort zone to recognize your abilities and learn from your mistakes.
7. GIVE UP THEIR POWER
”The most common way people give up their power is by thinking they don’t have any.” – Alice Walker
You do not even know what are your possibilities and what you can do with them, until you do.
8. BELIEVE IN THEIR WEAKNESSES
People tend to see themselves in a way that they are unable to do so, and its flaws and weaknesses, not their abilities and values.
Each of us has its own strengths and weaknesses. One’s ability to present them in the best way possible, and improve its faults until they become virtues.
9. FEEL THE WORLD OWES THEM SOMETHING
World owes you nothing. Simple as that.
Many people think that the world owes them a convenient life, nice cars, big houses and yet they blame world if they dont have that.
It is the raw truth, but you can blame only youself for that. Not world, economy, your president, boss, family, wife/girlfriend, only YOURSELF.
If you want something you must fight for it.
10. FEAR FAILURE MORE THAN DESIRE SUCCESS
Fear of failure or Atychiphobia.
According to WikiPedia – ”A person afflicted with atychiphobia considers the possibility of failure so intense that they choose not to take the risk.
Often this person will subconsciously undermine their own efforts so that they no longer need to continue trying.
Because effort is proportionate to the achievement of personal goals and fulfillment, this unwillingness to try, that arises from the perceived inequality between the possibilities of success and failure, holds the atychiphobic back from a life of meaning and the realization of potential.”
Every human has the potenatial for great things. You must realize what is your potential and what you’re capable of and show that to the world.
11. NEVER VISUALIZE WHAT IS POSSIBLE
Always vizualize what is possible not what isn’t. Change your way of thinking, change your perspective.
12. FEEL THEY HAVE SOMETHING TO LOSE
Everyone has something to lose.
On the other hand you can always get something.
When you live in fear all your life you’re going to lose something, you’ll never be concentrated on gains.
As long as you give so shall you receive. Closed fist can neither give nor to receive. That’s how universe works.
To achive something you must put your time and mind in it. You must work. That’s not arguable, firstly, you shold love what you are doing, secondly, you should balance between your work and your lifestyle.
14. ASSUME THEIR PROBLEMS ARE UNIQUE
Everyone has problems.
The ability to recognize a problem, to find out what is causing the problem and to effectively deal with it is the key to progress and success.
15. SEE FAILURE AS THE SIGNAL TO TURN BACK
Think about one successful and wealthy person for a second and ask youself this question: How did they achieve all that?
They succeeded because they have tried over and over various things until they succeeded.
Think about Steve Jobs. When he was 30 he was left devastated and depressed after being unceremoniously removed from the company he founded.
Did he see that failure as a signal to turn back? No way.
Instead, look what he has done.
There are so many examples but what you need to know is that you must fail before you succeed.
16. FEEL SORRY FOR THEMSELVES
”Feeling sorry for yourself and your present condition is not only a waste of energy, but the worst habit you could possibly have.” – Dale Carnegie
Everything you have to do, do without regret. There is always an opportunity to grow, so don’t keep yourself from growing.
Dont EVER feel sorry for yourself.
Until next time,
